A Better Way to Save Money

Darfield Toy Library was born in 1996 out of the love and dedication of people who are passionate about the growth and development of children in our community.  The Toy Library has become an important shared resource and group to foster relationships and connect children.

Darfield Toy Library is a non-profit service offering families and friends the chance to borrow from a large selection of toys and resources at a low cost. This means that parents, grandparents, friends and family can access plenty of toy options without needing to buy them.

Darfield Toy Library has over 500 toys to excite and entertain children ranging from 0 to 6 years old – so plenty of choice to keep everyone happy!

Toy Libraries are a great resource. Not only do they help our children’s development, they:

• Extend your current toy collect to reduce boredom

• Help you save money on buying toys that your children quickly grow out of

• Save you space for toy storage - because you can give it back!

• are environmental conscious reducing plastics that end back in landfill creating a sustainable culture. 

Darfield Toy Library is solely run by passionate and dedicated volunteers from within our community and we actively seek community support to keep the toy library running.
